Sungai Galing

This used to be the spot where I fished 30 years ago with my childhood friends. Nothing fancy just catfish. It's about 10 minutes from my grandma's house. Now it has been turned into some sort of a mini park. The river was muddy those days and it's still muddy today.

It's located at the periphery of Kuantan Garden, just next to the glutton square. Good memories.

It's funny, I live on the other side of the planet yet I live near a clay bottomed river (called the Red River) that looks just like the river in your post and remember fishing for cat-fish there 30 years ago and bringing some of those fish to my grandmother's house which was less than a mile away.

You take beautiful pictures, thanks for sharing them
